bowl, skål, kärl

Ahough this example is said to come from Luristan it is difficult to place and date exactly. Type is found in Luristan first 2400 BC (Porada) and as late as 7th cent (Vanden Berghe 1968b). Other sites are Ur 3 (Haller), Assur, relief Nimrud in (Assurnasirpal II) early 9th cent BC.
