The identification of this Kolam mask is not clear. The mask is perhaps representing a servant, appu (Sin.).

Wood, vel-kaduru (Sin.) (Nux vomica).
Iconography
The mask is roughly painted and has asymmetrical features. The ears are crudely cut and do not match the long face. The face is rubbed with blue and red paint. The mouth is small and closed with lips painted in red. The eyes are staring. The chin is narrow and parted in the middle.
