The vessels on the top shelf are from Panama. They were bought by Professor C. V. Hartman during his travels in Central America in 1913-14. On some of the vessels, coordinates are marked.
The lamps on the middle shelf are from Uzbekistan and Iran, among other places. Orientalist and art collector F. R. Martin bought three of them at the end of the 19th century.
On the bottom shelf can be seen archeological material in the form of fragments of clay-figures, and a large number of spindle whorls. Many of these were acquired by Rolf Blomberg in the mid 20th century during one of his journeys in Ecuador, probably purchased.
