HaAMILL, Treasurer TELEPHONE CENTRAL 7080 SS / December 26th, 1928 My dear Dr. åndersson: The more I think of our visit in Stock- holm the more I regret that we were not able to make a longer visit and have more opportunity to talk over Chinese matters wich you but there is no reason that we should not correspond about them and I hope that I shall hear from you from time to time as matters develop. I have already talked over the prospect. of the joint expedition with several people here who are intensely interested and I believe that when the time comes we should have little difficulty in making the necessary arrangements. I do not know whether you have had eny cor- respondence with Frofessor Hamade or not regarding the prospect of further Chinese excavations but matters seem 7 no less upset in China than they were a few months ago and Se I suppose that any action in the next year or two would be out-of the question. In the meantime if there is anything that we can do for you we should be glad to do it. ( When you see his Royal Highness I should = much appreciate it if you would remember me to him.
