Louis Clarkej Old Granary, Cambr 104 gös Sä Dear Mr. Clarke, Considering the fundemental role played by our Crown Prince in establishing and maintaining the Museum of Far Eastern Anti uities it has been decided to dedicate the lith volume of the Museum”s Bulletin to him. AA great number of Swedish friends and admirers of the Crown Prince have joined us in signing an address to be inserted at the beginning of the said volume. The wording of the addrass runs as follows: To His Royal Highness Crown Prince Gustaf Adolf of Seden we wish to present our respectful and sincere thanks in grate- ful recognition of the inspiring example he has set us all by his modest and careful scholarship and his earnest devotion tbhthe study of the ancient ert of the Far East. We are now addressing ourselves to a small number of foreign friends to the Crown Prince and ask you as one of them to sign with us this address. If you kindly consent to our respectful appeal, please write your name on the accompanying card and send it to us as all the signatures will be reproduced in facsimile,. A copy of the ordinary edition of the Bulletin will be presented to you as one of the signatories of the address, An edition de luxe
