  • Squat pyxis; flat base; vertical sides; conical shoulder; two horizontal handles on shoulder; concave neck; out-turned rim. Rim mended. Hard, pinkish buff clay; light buff slip; brown to red lustrous paint. Concentric circles on flat base; encircling lines on body and neck. Handles and rim painted. Worn.
