Description <itemDescription>
  • Mouldmade lamp; circular body with convex profile; slightly raised base. Voluted nozzle (damaged), with angular tip. No handle. Narrow, flat shoulder separated from the concave discus by a inward-sloping, moulded rim (Loeschcke Typus III.a). The discus has an asymmetrically placed filling-hole and is decorated with a crab, seen from above. Pale red clay, red slip.
