Dear Dr Lagercrantz. .I forward for your museum the loop-handled dagger which I obtained from Nangode in the North- ern Territories of the Gold Coast in 1937. I hope it will be of use to you: I believe that you term this type of dagger "Ringdolche": A similar weapon was forwarded to me from Bole also in the Northern Territories of the Gold Coas but in this case nearly on the Western Side near . the French Frontier of the Cote d'Ivoire. This specimen was made by a Lobi'(Lober?).man; who are immigrants from French Territory: I gaw this spe- cimen to the British Museum. With best wishes and kindest regards.
