An inscribed ushebti with a single vertical column in front. The figure has a dorsal column and stands on an integral base. The glaze is light blue in colour, a minor chip at head. The name reads PA-di-zw (Ranke PN I, 126:6), born of Azt-rSty (PN I 4:10). Mounted on a modern base.
