  • Lid: conical knob with concave top, moulded edge; low, conical lid; low flange on bottom. Pyxis: horizontal, raised rim; rounded body, bulging at shoulder; flaring ring base. Buff clay; lustrous, brown to dark brown paint; traces of added red (?).
