Hard, light buff clay; pinkish semi-lustrous slip; light-brown to reddish and brown lustrous paint. Painted base; encircling lines on lower part of body; on the shoulder there are two chariot scenes on a wide painted encircling band with two figures in each chariot and two standing in front of each chariot (one side is mended with only a small part of the original scene left). Neck painted; groups of transverse lines on the rim; vertical lines on the handles. Paint very worn. Incised mark on base.
