Detta är den första skissen till en av illustrationerna till Hokusais välkända Fugaku Hyakkei, De Hundra Vyerna av Fuji. Detta är en förlaga för Pl. 5 i Vol. 2 och bär titeln Toryu no Fuji. Vol. 2 publicerades 1835.

From the book Fugaku Hyakkei (The One Hundred Views of Fuji.) The famous woodblock print artist and painter Hokusai has had a great impact on the tattoo artists through his work. He was one of the artists that illustrated Suikoden (Shinpei Suikogaden, 1805-1838).
